Job Description

We are a large medical group in Houston specializing in Urology. We are looking for a friendly, motivated, hardworking and professional Call center representative. You must possess good communication skills, a positive attitude, punctuality, and the ability to multi-task, attention to details and function well in a high paced office. The ideal candidate understands the sensitive of our practice, is a quick learner, and has great patient care skills.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong organization and time management skills and able to multi-task
  • Be detail-oriented with great follow through skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

What you need for this position:

  • 6 months or more of call center experience
  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology
  • Strong computer skills; proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • High School diploma, or equivalent (GED)
  • Bilingual preferred

What we offer:

  • Pay: $15-$18/ hr
  • Schedule: M-F, 8am to 5pm
