- Identify the purpose of each call and accurately document details in the Communication Log
- Access member information through proprietary ASH systems to provide accurate responses to inquiries
- Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive experience for every caller
- Prioritize and manage calls to meet required response times, ensuring prompt follow-up when necessary
- Strive to meet or exceed established performance metrics for the Customer Service Representative role
- Respond to requests from both internal and external clients, providing assistance as needed
- Forward complex inquiries to the appropriate department for further assistance and follow up as needed
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of Customer Service experience
