This group has a team of board-certified medical, cosmetic and surgical dermatologist that provides the best dermatological services to its patients. In this position you will:

  • Answer and direct all phone calls to appropriate personnel
  • Greet/ welcome patients/ visitors/vendors
  • Schedule appointments
  • Collect co-payments
  • Confirm insurance eligibility for each patient
  • Gather and enter patient demographics in medical records system

The right candidate will have:

  • High School diploma
  • 1 year of medical office experience
  • EHR experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
