Job Description

Our company is looking for an experienced bilingual Member Services Representative to join our team!

Requirements:

  • Responsible for answering a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
  • Able to accurately document all conversations in the electronic database
  • Respond to any member communications via email, phone calls, fax, mail or chat
  • Ability to prioritize and flex the workload as needed
  • Identify the caller s needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions and/or alternatives whenever possible
  • Escalate any grievances to the correct department to be reviewed for resolution

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bilingual in English/Cantonese
  • Data entry experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft software
  • Flexibility with daily schedule; weekends and overtime as needed

Pay: $22-$33.01/hr
