Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere
  • Answer incoming telephone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information about our clinic's services
  • Coordinate the reception desk, managing patient flow and ensuring efficient operations
  • Counsel individuals seeking information about our program services
  • Collect patient fees in accordance with agency policies and verify insurance eligibility
  • Perform necessary paperwork tasks, including filing and maintaining patient records
  • Route charts to appropriate personnel for follow-up and ensure timely handling
  • Complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support clinic operations

Qualifications:

  • CPR/BLS Certification
  • High school diploma or GED
