Responsibilities:

Mail Center Production (90%)

  • Complete copy and mail production jobs accurately with detailed instructions
  • Manage data meticulously and provide clear assembly instructions
  • Achieve daily quality audit average of 99% and 100% quality rate for mailings validation
  • Operate equipment and maintain department cleanliness
  • Ensure confidentiality and report issues to the manager

Media Production (5%):

  • Perform timely media production

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • 1 year of IT related experience
  • 2 years of technical experience
  • Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
