Job Description

Are you an experienced Appointment Scheduler looking to expand their knowledge in the healthcare field? This may be the job for you! Don t hesitate to apply!

Day To Day Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls
  • Relay importance of information for no show fees & confirming appointments
  • Schedule new consults and follow up appointments
  • Schedule lab and procedure appointments
  • Verify insurance information
  • Update patient demographics
  • Obtain new patient records

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with medical clinic scheduling
  • 2+ years of EMR experience
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology
