Looking to work for a medical group who is dedicated to providing state-of-the-art, evidence-based care for patients with high-risk pregnancies and their fetuses and infants? This medical group is dedicated to its mission of providing quality, patient-focused healthcare to families. Currently seeking a Front Office Coordinator/ Billing Associate at our Irvine Location.

Essential Duties

  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Verifying financial records and collecting patient charges
  • Maintain office inventory and equipment
  • Confirming availability of treatment
  • Updating client s medical information on a timely manner
  • Checking eligibility/ benefits verification for treatments
  • Accurately code services
  • Preparing, revieing and transmitting claims using billing software
  • Researching and appealing denied claims
  • Answering all patient or insurance inquiries

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • 1-2 years of Medical Receptionist / Front Office Experience
  • 1-2 years of Medical billing experience
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology
  • Proficient Computer Skills

Position Details

  • Schedule: Monday -Friday: 8am 4:30pm
  • Pay: $20- $26/hour, based on experience
  • Full benefits
