Job Description

Are you looking to further your career in the Healthcare industry? We are looking to add a PBX operator to our team. As an Operator, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls and efficiently transferring them to the appropriate extensions. If this sounds like the perfect fit, apply today!

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously
  • Transfer calls to the designated extensions accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with indexing and organizing medical records received electronically
  • Provide coverage for breaks in various departments to ensure continuous operation
  • Handle a high volume of calls daily (approximately 500-700 calls split between two full-time operators)

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a Medical Facility
  • 1+ years of phone operator experience
  • Basic Medical Terminology a plus!

Schedule:

  • Monday Thursday: 8:00 am 5:00 pm, Friday: 8:30 am 2:00 pm
