We are looking for a Coordinator for the Client Services- Clinical department.

Job Summary: The primary purpose of the Client Services Coordinator is to provide administrative support and manage projects for the Clinical department leadership team. In this position you will prepare documents including spreadsheets, reports, manuals and more. Maintain department appointments, calendars, and meetings. Talk with clients, vendors and business contacts. Plus, research and formulate solutions in conjunction with leadership team.

The right candidate will have:

  • High school diploma or higher.
  • 2-3 years administrative experience, supporting multiple managers
  • Project management experience required.
  • Excellent Microsoft Suite skills include Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
  • Highly organized and adapt to changes easily

Location: San Diego - Mira Mesa

Schedule: Full-time, Monday -Friday

Pay: $18 plus excellent benefits!
