Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Includes the following:

  • Must be able to travel 50% of the time weekly between Oakland and San Francisco
  • Oversee the daily operations of the medical practice is ran accordance to policy and procedures. Facilitate programs, detailed review of records and delicate assigns duties to employees
  • Provides leadership, direction and coordination for general clinic operations
  • Demonstrates leadership skill, and takes initiative to implement environmental changes.
  • Conducts regular personnel meetings, frequent quality improvement activities and records as well as shares prudent information.
  • Has a working knowledge of clinic operations, ability to sustain financial performance targets, and analyze the overall operating budget
  • Handle employee related matters; staff merit increases, promotions, formal counseling, performance reviews, dismissals, payroll and time off request.
  • Ensures all positions are filled with trained personnel during vacation/sick calls and fill in when needed.
  • Understanding and experienced in information privacy laws, access, release of information, and release control technologies.
  • Confidently handle personnel questions, produce results in stressful situations, and handle culturally complex demands of the position.
  • Develops and maintains positive relationships with community resources, attend outside meetings, corporate events, seminars and medical practitioners and other business related resources.
  • Effectively and efficiency delegate task to personnel, supervisor and their incumbents.
  • Knowledgeable with scheduling of personnel to ensure the proper patient flow at all clinics are well-organized.
  • Must be able to travel 50% of the time weekly between Oakland and San Francisco


  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of work experience, supervising staff with increased responsibility, in a medical environment
  • Graduation from a Junior College or an Accredited University is a plus.
  • Proficient with all Microsoft software products, Electronic Medical Records, and strong communication (Verbal and Written) skills
  • Must be able to travel 50% of the time weekly between Oakland and San Francisco
