Here s the perfect position for a Bilingual Appointment Scheduler with only 1-2 years of experience who wants to join a medical group? This large multi-specialty medical group has an immediate need for Appointment Scheduler in their Fontana office. You will handle and transferring a high-volume of calls to support multiple facilities and locations by scheduling appointments.

What will I be doing?

  • Be the face of the company to incoming callers
  • Answering incoming phones
  • Scheduling and rescheduling appointments
  • Scheduling specialty procedures or testing
  • Obtaining patient and insurance information via phone
  • Providing patient directions for various tests or procedures
  • Verifying and inputting patient information
  • Assisting patients with questions
  • Researching benefits information for patients
  • Assisting with specialty announcements such as flu season, health events, etc.

  • Bilingual Spanish required

  • Patience and strong listening skills to aid callers
