This large multi-specialty medical group has an immediate need for Appointment Scheduler in their Fontana office. You will handle and transferring a high-volume of calls to support multiple facilities and locations by scheduling appointments.

What will I be doing?
- Be the face of the company to incoming callers
- Answering incoming phones
- Scheduling and rescheduling appointments
- Scheduling specialty procedures or testing
- Obtaining patient and insurance information via phone
- Providing patient directions for various tests or procedures
- Verifying and inputting patient information
- Assisting patients with questions
- Researching benefits information for patients
- Assisting with specialty announcements such as flu season, health events, etc.

- Bilingual Spanish required
