Job Description

Would you like to work for a medical group whose goal is to provide quality, patient-focused healthcare? Our client is looking for a qualified Appointment Scheduler to join their team. The ideal candidate must be passionate and committed.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Greeting all patients/visitors
  • Answering all phone calls in a friendly manner
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Triage calls to the appropriate department
  • Filling and maintaining all records

The right candidate will have:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Medical Assistant Diploma
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Advanced computer knowledge
  • Knowledgeable of Medical Terminology
