Job Description

What will I be doing?

  • Audiology Technician will be responsible for providing a quality Patient Journey Experience
  • Responsibilities include facilitating testing with patients, fitting and sales of hearing products and accessories, and cleaning and adjusting hearing aids under the supervision of a licensed provider
  • This person will also be the first point of contact in the front office and will be responsible for answering phones, assisting in marketing and sales of hearing aids and accessories

What we need from you:

  • Highschool or GED required
  • 3+ years of customer service or patient care experience
  • Ability to work on Excel, Word, and Sycle.net
  • Good problem solving, analytical abilities, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required
