Job Description

We have an immediate full time opening for a qualified Medical Assistant! This group of doctors specializing in Internal Medicine, is currently looking for an experienced Medical Assistant to join their team. The practice provides a team-oriented environment, excellent benefits, and employee events.

In this position you will:

  • Rooming patients
  • Taking vitals
  • Charting
  • Drawing blood
  • Administering medication
  • Giving injections
  • Backing up the front desk as needed
  • Insurance authorizations and verifications

The right candidate will have:

  • Must have a minimum of two years of Medical Back Office experience
  • CPR Card and TB test results are required
  • Excellent opportunity to grow!
  • Must have EMR experience, NextGen is preferred.
