Bilingual Front Office Receptionist (Khmer)

Responsibilities as a Front Office Phone Operator:

Scheduling appointments, contacting patients for returned visits as needed, following up with patients, confirming appointments, and assisting Office Manager as needed

Process patents information during the phone screening process.

Assisting with triaging nurses and referral nurses accordingly.

Process patient eligibility involving government insurances and notify the patient according to their plan.

Screens telephone calls, ensure message are routing to the correct personnel, modify individual voicemail s in correspondence to the automated system at least once a week as appropriate.

Notify proper personnel of all patients concerns and feedback in a time manner to ensure they are handled with efficiency

What is required as a Front Office:

High school diploma or GED

1 year experience working in a community based organization of customer service environment.

Proficiency in written and verbal English, Cambodian, Chinese (Mandarin) and Vietnamese

Individuals should be familiar with multicultural settings, display sensitivity to multicultural issues, and communicate effectively.
