Job Description

Day To Day Responsibilities:

  • Confirmation and cancellation of appointments
  • Verify/update patient demographics
  • Educate patients about on the Medicaid application process, discounts and other programs, such as CHIP
  • Communicate with providers and center directors regarding appropriate patient information
  • Facilitate patient flow with clinic Medicaid workers

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish
  • Typing skills of 60 WPM+
  • 1+ year of call center experience, preferably in a health care environment
