We have an exciting opening to work with a premier Medical Management team in ________ ! This large group manages several IPA groups throughout the nation with over 1,000 physicians!
The company is seeking a Quality Care Coordinator to start immediately! The group provides a team-oriented setting, room to learn, and many opportunities for promotion. It also includes community outreach opportunities, and employee events to recognize contributions to the company s success.

Activities summary:
- Provide general education to members enrolled on health plan
- Help members get in to contact with providers
- Provide members with lab location information and facilitate transportation
- Assist members with scheduling appointments
- Appointment reminders, quality calls, schedule annual wellness exams, etc.
- Document members and provider conversations
- Process referrals
- Receive lab results and incoming faxes
- Enter data and update member demographics
- Mail out welcome packages, birthday cards, congratulations, etc.
- Document patient satisfaction and feedback
What we need from you:
- Experience with data entry
- Ability to juggle multiple phone lines
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Friendly and helpful phone demeanor
- Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks
