Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate data entry into practice management and clinical systems
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication adhering to guidelines
- Facilitate efficient patient flow by handling tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and registering patients
- Foster positive relationships with staff, providers, and other departments to optimize patient access to care
- Participate actively in care team pre-planning and continuous quality improvement efforts
- Work collaboratively with other departments to process patient encounters and collect payments following established procedures
- Accurately enter, review, and update patient registration information in the practice management system
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus!
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of experience in medical/data processing field
