This group has a team of board-certified medical, cosmetic and surgical dermatologist that provides the best dermatological services to its patients. In this position you will:

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls with efficiency and courtesy
  • Follow prompts and scripts when handling different topics
  • Help with customers' needs; clarify their information; research their issues; then provide solutions.
  • Schedule appointments
  • Acts as liaison between patients and providers
  • Perform other duties requested by management

The right candidate will have:

  • High School diploma
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be billigual in Russian
