This MSO provides full range of managed healthcare services, including the effective management of risk arrangements, for independent practice associations, medical groups, hospitals, and other managed care organizations. With 13 Urgent Care centers, This MSO is looking for a Member Service Rep to join their team and assist in their Hesperia location.

Job Activities:

Providing Amazing First Impressions

Assisting patients

Verifying insurance

Changing patient address and insurance information in system

Answering high volume of calls

Taking messages

Transferring calls as needed

Scheduling appointments

Contacting patients for returned visits as needed

Following up with patients

Confirming appointments

Special talents:

PEOPLE and communication skills

Empathy and listening skills

Ability to handle high volume of patients

Requirements:

2 Years+ of Medical Front Office experience

EMR and electronic scheduling experience

High School or GED
