Reputable group in New Jersey is looking for a strong Call Center Representative to join their large multi-specialty Orthopedic Practice. The ideal candidate must be passionate and committed to patient care and providing concierge level service.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Update patient demographics
  • Checking in/out and collect co-payments
  • Patient appointment scheduling and confirming next day appointment
  • Verify insurance eligibility and obtain referrals

The right candidate will have:

  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Record software
  • Experience working front desk in a medical setting
  • Customer service oriented

What we offer

Schedule: Monday -Friday: 8am 5pm

Pay: $18-$20
