- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
- Measure and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure, reporting any changes to the nursing staff promptly
- Help patients with mobility needs, including transferring them to and from beds, wheelchairs, and other locations, ensuring their safety at all times
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients, listening to their concerns and promoting a positive environment
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care, documenting observations and any changes in their condition
- Work closely with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care
Qualifications:
- 1+ years working with the older population
- Ability to work independently
- Positive conversational skills
- Able to document care related items
