One of the nation s largest specialty care groups is looking for a Collector in their offices in Orange. Firm employs over 1,000 specialty care staff for neo and pre-natal care. The group provides a casual setting with employee activities and rewards. Special opportunities for community involvement and ways to give back.

Job Activities

  • Rooming patients
  • Preparing charts
  • Taking vitals
  • Giving injections
  • Pulling patient records as needed
  • Assisting Doctor with patients
  • Providing meds information
  • Prepping chart for Doctor
  • Drawing blood as needed
  • Setting patient up for Hooking up monitoring devices
  • Backing up front office as needed
  • Requesting medical records
  • Assisting LVN s
  • Assisting Doctor with minor surgeries
  • Stocking medical products
  • Maintaining rooms
  • Calming patients/parents

Special Talents:

  • Passion for pediatrics field
  • Attentive to patient needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Requirements:

  • MA Certificate and current CPR Card
  • EMR experience, NextGen preferred
  • Bi-Lingual Spanish desired
