Job Description
The Claims Customer Service Rep is to assist with our members in our Ontario location. This position provides valuable customer service to internal and external customers. The primary function of this role is to review all claims.
Responsibilities
- Reviews, research and negotiates the processing and adjusting of claims
- Provides excellent customer service
- Analyze and identifies trends and provides reports
- Answers all inquiries regarding claims
Experience
- High School Diploma
- 1- 3 years of experience in Healthcare Claims
- Knowledge of ICD- 10 coding, HCPCS and CPT codes
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, Access)
Pay Rate : $20 hr DOE
