Job Description

Do you enjoy reviewing insurance claims and helping patients find the solutions to their denials? Then this is the job for you! We are in search of an experienced Claims Examiner to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general claims support by reviewing, researching, investigating, processing and adjusting claims
  • Analyze and identify trends and provider reports as necessary
  • Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards
  • Read and understand plan documents, networks, contracts etc.
  • Apply refund and overpayment to claims as needed
  • Apply appropriate fee schedules and rates to claims

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of Claims Examiner experience
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Medicare insurance experience
  • Basic 5010 experience
  • 1+ years of Customer Service experience
