Job Summary: As the Supervisor, Clinic Operations, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operational aspects of our clinic. Your role is pivotal in providing tactical leadership to maximize the effectiveness of all service delivery systems and financial performance while fostering a clinic culture responsive to the ever-evolving healthcare environment. Collaboration with staff, physicians, and management will be crucial to achieving fiduciary and clinical goals.
Essential Functions:
Patient-Centered Vision: Collaborate with the Administrative Director and Physician Site Directors to uphold a patient care-focused environment. Engage in work groups, teams, and committees to resolve operational and financial issues while supporting ongoing division functions.
Service-Line Support: Provide essential support for service-line issues, ensuring that the clinic's operations align with our mission.
Financial Management: Support the centralized coordination of the clinic's financial operating budget. Contribute to the development of the annual clinic budget and provide financial information to monitor fiscal operations. Assist in problem resolution and reconciliation of discrepancies.
Budget Forecasting: Collaborate with management to forecast the clinic's gross and net revenues, visit projections, and expenditures. Assist in analyzing fiscal performance to identify revenue optimization and expenditure management strategies.
Revenue Cycle Management: Assist in managing the revenue cycle by balancing patient visits/services with operational revenue requirements. Track inventory usage and maintain staffing levels according to standards. Adjust standards as needed based on volume and care quality.
Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff while maintaining compliance with all relevant requirements in your area of responsibility.
Facility Management: Coordinate facility management and support, including electronic medical record systems, space, and equipment. Oversee building maintenance and repairs and integrate clinical information systems into clinic operations.
Information Systems: Manage clinic information systems, including but not limited to supply ordering, recruiting tools, EMR, scheduling programs, timekeeping systems, and more.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations management.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and revenue cycle management.
- Experience with clinic information systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Work Schedule: Full Time M-F, 8:00a - 5:00p
