In this position you will:
- Answer and direct all phone calls to appropriate personnel
- Greet/ welcome patients/ visitors
- Effectively manages calls and handles patients requests and complaints
- Schedule appointments
- Confirm insurance eligibility for each patient
- Gather and enter patient demographics in medical records system
The right candidate will have:
- High School diploma
- 1 year of Customer service experience
- 5 years of medical office experience prefer
- EHR experience
- Excellent customer service skills
