Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Clinical Care Coordinator who would enjoy working in a clinical private practice. The candidate we are seeking strives to ensure patient satisfaction by being thorough, detail-oriented, and have a positive demeanor. For this position, you must demonstrate the ability to organize and facilitate various needs and prioritize the tasks. As part of a team, you will work to enrich the health and well-being of every patient

In this position you will:

  • Answer and direct all phone calls to appropriate personnel
  • Greet/ welcome patients/ visitors
  • Effectively manages calls and handles patients requests and complaints
  • Schedule appointments
  • Confirm insurance eligibility for each patient
  • Gather and enter patient demographics in medical records system

The right candidate will have:

  • High School diploma
  • 1 year of Customer service experience
  • 5 years of medical office experience prefer
  • EHR experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
