Job Description

Are you looking to expand your career as you work in the prenatal department? If you answered yes, then this is the job for you! We are in search of an experienced Comprehenseive Prenatal Health Worker to join our growing team!

Your Role:

  • Direct patient services through assisting registration, history intake, and making appointments and providing orientation, and initial, follow-up and postpartum assessment
  • Provide ongoing assessments for any case managements that are assigned
  • Monitor patient s appointments and reschedule as needed
  • Provide warm hand off when possible or appointment for patient to meet with Enrollment staff
  • Act as a resource for patient questions and concerns
  • Maintain patient files and complete data entry on each patient after each visit or contact including telephone calls to ensure that all documents are completed
  • Provide case management service or case coordination after reviewing all prenatal charts with provider

Your Qualifications:

  • Must be bilingual in English/Thai
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of prenatal experience (a plus!)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Able to work with people of diverse cultural, educational, socio-economic, and linguistic backgrounds

Pay: $22-$24.50/hr
