Responsibilities:

  • Identify the purpose of each call and accurately document details in the Communication Log
  • Access member information through proprietary ASH systems to provide accurate responses to inquiries
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive experience for every caller
  • Prioritize and manage calls to meet required response times, ensuring prompt follow-up when necessary
  • Strive to meet or exceed established performance metrics for the Customer Service Representative role
  • Respond to requests from both internal and external clients, providing assistance as needed
  • Forward complex inquiries to the appropriate department for further assistance and follow up as needed

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of Customer Service experience
