Are you looking for a full-time position to hold you over through the Holidays? A regular M-F work schedule with no weekends, no late night shifts, and no Holiday shifts? Then we might have the position for you!
We are currently looking for Call Center Customer Service Reps to assist a national health insurance company during open enrollment season. We can offer full-time, stable employment in a fun fast paced environment to get you through the Holiday season with the potential for growth for top performers.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, shifts can range sometime between 7am-8pm, depending on shifta vailability. Shifts are assigned after training so must have flexible schedule!** Contract position for 5 months with an opportunity to become permanent
Location: Sorrento Valley -San Diego, CA 92121
What we need from you:
- Must have 1-2 years of office experience
- Must be extremely reliable!
- Must have High School Diploma or higher education (GED NOT ACCEPTED)
- Must have professional communication and demeanor
- Must pass 7 year criminal background check and pass drug screen
- Flexible schedule (must be able to work sometime between 7am-8pm)
- Phone experience is a plus!
- Receives and responds to telephone calls from members, fitness clubs and health plans.
- Answers upwards of 100+ calls per day.
- Attends and participates in meetings to discuss issues and foster teamwork among department personnel.
- Responds to requests from other department personnel, contacting clubs and members as required.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
