Looking to move from a clinical setting into an office setting? Have experience as a medical assistant, case coordination or utilization review? Looking to work for a large player in the Inland Empire market? This is the job for you!! Immediate position available for a Customer Service Representative to answer multi line phones and provide excellent customer service to patients.

Job Function:

  • Schedule Patient appointments
  • Handle patient requests and answer inquires
  • Verify insurance eligibility

Special Talents:

  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Ability to communicate with both internal staff and patients
  • Ability to manage high volume calls

Requirements:

  • Experience working with MediCal, IEHP, Molina, and other Government programs
  • Healthcare Scheduling
  • Minimum of 35 WPM
  • Bilingual Spanish
