Love talking to people on the phone all day? Have experience working in a busy call center and looking to break into the world of Healthcare? This position has YOUR NAME written all over it! Large Healthcare Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative for their Outbound Call Center. This position does not involve sales, but will be contacting current insurance members to review their benefit options. Company provides an employee focused setting with quarterly employee celebrations, incentive programs to reward performance and BENEFITS: medical, dental, 401K, health and wellness programs, and much more!!
What will I be doing?
Providing a high level of service to current customers
Completing up to 75 outbound calls daily
Providing information to existing members about benefits they are eligible for, but not participating in
Documenting calls
Transferring members to a sales staff for additional services per member request
Making member changes in file
Providing information on services provided with membership and benefits of services
Providing answers to customer inquiries
Sending out informational materials
Contacting departments for member concerns
Sending email correspondence
Following up with members as needed
Tracking call ratios
Assisting Manager with projects as needed
What talents do I need to have?
PEOPLE skills
Desire to provide quality SERVICE
Ability to be quick, but thorough on phone calls
What are the requirements?
2+ Years of Call Center Experience
Bi-lingual Spanish skills preferred
Healthcare experience a plus
Intermediate Word skills
Typing 40 WPM
