Job Description

You have an exciting opportunity to work as a Customer Service Representative with an IPA medical group that emphasizes prevention and wellness for its patients. This award-winning network includes 600+ independent primary care physicians and more than 1,000 specialty physicians, and local hospitals in Orange County, CA.

What you will be doing

  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding claims, referrals, billing, transportation and coordination of care
  • Accurate documentation of every call
  • Communicate recurring issues/ complains/ trends to management

The ideal candidate will have

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of call center experience
  • Healthcare experience
  • Knowledge and experience of claims, eligibility and referrals preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft
