Customer Service Representative

They re currently hiring for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative.

Schedule: 8-5pm; however, we re usually flexible!

Pay: $14.00/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Representative serves customer by providing information, resolving exceptions or disputes, and suggesting information necessary to facilitate customer needs
  • Utilizes our technology to handle high call volumes
  • Works with Customer Support and Quality Improvement Manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
  • Acts as the gatekeeper; by greeting customers warmly and ascertains problem or reason for calling, verifies caller identity
  • Assists with request status, record status, sending records via mail, email or fax, resending records, resending invoices, fee approvals, certification of records, refunds, missing records, wrong records, etc.
  • Accepts payment information, places credit card payments, provides payment status
  • Resolves customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or mail

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work well in a progressive workplace, perform a broad range of simultaneous duties, detail-attentive and be team oriented
  • Experienced in Customer Service with excellent telephone skills
  • Functional reading, comprehension and effective problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Access, a plus
  • HIPAA and Microsoft Dynamics CRM knowledge and experience, a plus
