Duties:

  • Prepares documents for scanning in EMR system
  • Carefully examines pages/patients information
  • Verifies data integrity
  • Batches documents appropriately

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Experience in health care setting
  • Working knowledge of HIM department
  • Knowledgeable of basic computer, scanner, telephone, and internet use
  • Customer service skills
