Job Description

Their state-of-the-art facility is located in San Diego, and the team is seeking an outstanding Executive Assistant to join them.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Neurosurgeon's calendar and schedule appointments
  • Prepare and manage presentations and reports
  • Coordinate logistics
  • Manage correspondence and phone calls
  • Provide administrative support for research and clinical projects
  • Maintain and organize the Neurosurgeon's office and files
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm / 8:30a-5pm
