Currently we are hiring a Medical Receptionist to join our team. This is full-time, hours of 7:45am-5:00pm, offering career advancement, and personal growth in a welcoming environment!

What are we looking for?

  • Our ideal candidate is detail oriented, outgoing, motivated, and willing to go the distance.
  • 1-2 years of medical office experience preferred, not mandatory.
  • Must accurately type 50+ wpm.
  • Have professional communication and demeanor, as well as, be reliable.

What would you be responsible for?

  • Greet and direct all visitors to the practice.
  • Obtain accurate demographic information, co-payments and balance payments.
  • Maintain and balance daily payment information.
  • Maintain appearance and cleanliness of waiting area
  • Make appointment reminder calls for all scheduled patients.
  • Schedule appointments via telephone and in person
