Would you like to work for a medical group whose goal is to provide quality, patient-focused healthcare? Our client is looking for a Financial Eligibility Worker to join their medical team. The ideal candidate must be passionate and patient-oriented.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Screen families for various health insurance programs
  • Assist with enrollment paperwork
  • Enroll patients to health insurance according to their qualifications
  • Conduct follow-ups with applicants to ensure completion of enrollment paperwork

The right candidate will have:

  • High School Diploma
  • 1 year minimum in similar role
  • Excellent customer service
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledgeable of Medical Terminology
