Responsibilities:
- Answers all phone calls in a friendly manner
- Schedules appointments
- Assists patients with checking in/ checking out
- Verify insurance eligibility
- Collects payments
The right candidate will have:
- High School Diploma
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Understanding of Medical Insurance
- Authorizations experience
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
- Attention to detail and sense of urgency and priority in tasks
- Proficiency with EMR (EPIC preferred)
- Excellent Phone Etiquette
