Responsibilities:

  • Support our medical staff by preparing patients for exams, taking medical histories, and recording vital signs
  • Manage patient charts, process medical records, and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
  • Prepare and maintain examination rooms, assist with minor procedures, and ensure all medical instruments are sterilized and ready for use
  • Act as a liaison between patients and doctors, facilitating smooth communication and ensuring that patient needs are met
  • Follow strict protocols to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to healthcare regulations and standards

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Medical Assistant experience
  • Phlebotomy experience
  • NextGen experience a plus!
  • COVID-19 vaccinated
