If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our thriving healthcare practice is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to become an integral part of our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support our front desk staff, ensuring that they are well-trained, motivated, and effectively handling their responsibilities
  • Assist with the recruitment and interviewing process for new front desk staff
  • Coordinate and manage patient appointments and procedures, ensuring accurate scheduling and minimizing wait times; keep track of appointments to optimize our practice's workflow
  • Obtain and verify patient insurance information, coverage, and benefits, secure necessary authorizations for office visits and procedures, ensuring compliance with insurance requirements
  • Handle co-pays and insurance payments efficiently and accurately while maintaining clear records and manage financial transactions with professionalism
  • Accurately enter patient information and other relevant data into our systems; ensure all records are up-to-date and correctly maintained

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience
  • 1+ year of Medical Office experience
  • Knowledge of EMR systems is a plus!
