If you are a welcoming and passionate medical receptionist who is willing to go the extra mile for patients, then we have the job for you!! One of our clients is looking for a Medical Receptionist in their offices in Mill Valley.

Highlights of this position:

  • Greet and check patients in and out
  • Verify insurance and collect co-pays
  • Answer multiple phone lines and schedule appointments
  • Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures
  • Handle administrative duties for the office
  • Perform clinical tasks to support medical staff

What You Need to Qualify

  • Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields
  • Familiarity with medical billing procedures
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual Spanish is a HUGE plus!

Position Details:

  • Full-Time: Monday Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm
