Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Office Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Your exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities will contribute to the seamless operation of our practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the check-out station: check patients out, set up follow-up appointments, answer phones, schedule patients or procedures, and more.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks to support the clinic's operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient patient flow.
  • Demonstrate initiative, teamwork, resourcefulness, and effective communication.

Qualifications:

  • Previous front office experience is preferred; medical office experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of insurance and billing procedures.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
