Job Description

Are you a welcoming and passionate medical receptionist who goes the extra mile to ensure patients have a smooth and pleasant experience? If so, we have an opportunity for you to join our team. We take pride in providing top quality care to our patients of all ages and walks of life!

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and manage the check-in and check-out process
  • Verify insurance information and collect co-pays
  • Answer multiple phone lines and schedule appointments
  • Communicate with insurance companies to ensure proper billing procedures
  • Handle various administrative duties to support the office
  • Perform clinical tasks to support the medical staff when needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in healthcare administration or similar fields
  • Familiarity with medical billing procedures
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual Spanish (a huge plus!)

Schedule: Monday Friday 8 AM 5 PM
