Job Description

Our team is looking to add a Front Office assistant to our team. As a vital part of our Clinic Operations team, you will contribute to our mission by ensuring the efficient management of patient service revenue and facilitating culturally and linguistically sensitive services. You will play a crucial role in our revenue cycle process, contributing to the optimization of revenue capture, management, and collection. If this sounds like a perfect fit, apply today!

Responsibilities:

  • Verify appointments and update patient information in NextGen Enterprise Practice Management (EPM) system
  • Greet patients warmly and efficiently, serving as the welcoming face of the Health Center
  • Assist patients with program enrollment and verification, explaining forms and procedures as needed
  • Collect payments, co-pays, and previous balances, maintaining accurate financial records
  • Assist patients in selecting and changing primary care providers and maintaining up-to-date records in NextGen EPM
  • Complete opening and closing procedures, including cash management and daily deposits
  • Assist in data collection for clinic operations performance measures
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of Front & Back-office experience
  • High school diploma
  • Bilingual in Khmer
