Job Description

Medical Receptionist

Our client is looking for a Medical Receptionist to act at the face for the office while greeting and assisting everyone that comes in. This practice was founded by six physicians who saw a need for a higher level of orthopedic care. This client gives patients ability in place of immobility, activity in place of incapacity, and ease in place of pain.

Our ideal candidate is detail oriented, outgoing, motivated, and willing to go the distance.

  • Must have 1-2 years office experience in a healthcare setting
  • Must be extremely reliable
  • Must have professional communication and demeanor

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting patients
  • Collecting copays
  • Answering phone lines
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Scanning authorizations
  • Check-in/ Check-out
  • Sending out medical records
  • Prepping charts
  • Verifying insurance

Schedule:

  • 40 hours a week
  • Monday Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm
