One of Orange County s top Cardiology practices is seeking a Medical Front Office Assistant for their Fountain Valley location. With over 100 patients a day, this practice provides several specialties within the cardiology field. Each facility is extremely focused on the well-being and servicing of their patients. What will I be doing?

  • Rooming patients
  • Assisting patients
  • Checking patients in and out
  • Verifying insurance
  • Providing patients with forms
  • Preparing new patient documents
  • Taking co-pays
  • Changing patient address and insurance information in system
  • Answering high volume of calls
  • Taking accurate messages
  • Transferring calls as needed
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Contacting patients for returned visits as needed
  • Following up with patients
  • Confirming appointments
  • What talent do I need?

  • Ability to learn quickly and work at a fast pace
  • Service skills

What are the requirements?

  • 1+ years of experience in Medical Front Office
  • HS Diploma
  • Medical terminology experience
  • Intermediate Window s experience
  • Experience working on EMR system
  • Must be bilingual in Korean

Pay: $19/hour
